Is there a site to report spammers?

This fucking idiot spammer e-mailed me trying to get me to join a piramed scam so I told him to fuck off (I don't know why I did that, but anyway)...

Now he replied me saying the stuff is legit and that I should really join because he's making top $$$ bla bla bla...

I would like to report him somewhere.... Is there a site or something?

I never joined a mailing list, he got my e-mail from internic and I couldn't unsubscribe....

I'm just a newbie.

Well the WORST thing you could have ever done was to respond to him because ya just verified your addy is accurate........ but then you know this already. lol

Look up the domain name of the links he is sending and report him to his host, the sponsor he is promoting, and anything else you can find to report him to. That is if you want to go that route..... but in reality, you won't get too far doing that, just make him have to get setup with someone else and do it again.... best thing to do is just block him with message rules or spam filters or whatever.

Yeah, I know that. But she got my e-mail because I registered a domain a couple of days ago, so I guess she knew it was active.

Well welcome to it. Just think if you had 50-100 domains like some of us do..... you'd have to weed thru the spam to get the good emails... welcome to it. And it isn't going to get any better. MOST registrars have a privacy block thing on them now where they don't put your information.... try that, maybe yours has it.

There is one quick & easy way to get rid of spam:

click on the 'delete' button.

in fact you probably could have rid yourself of several dozen spam messages just with the effort put into typing the reply message.

Seriously, just delete it. By replying, you proved that the email is valid and probably just added yourself to a few more lists and you will now get more.

Woopity doo, so your time is best used trying to fuck some amateur wannabe spammer. Not like you are going to stop the flow of UCE by fucking with a start up spammer who answers her own spam she sends out.

People need to stop wasting so much time complaining, and hit delete.

No shit, my delete button takes a beating these days..... but you know what I found out I can do and it is cleaning the hell out of my spam mail.. I use a Program called "I Hate Spam" and it has a bouce feature on it. I rarely use it unless I start getting like 5-10 of the same emails from the same people, but when that happens, I hit that bouce button and it gets me off their list...

true another thing....

Spam Groups are out there.... between there capacity and such they really can fuck you hard.... I have seen it happen to someone who decided not to pay one person. What happened?

Spammer and his buddies unleashed emails linking direct to non paying party which resulted in basically 1000's of complaints for the non paying party.
