My friend said to a cop the other day "Hey you got any coke"
The cop turned and looked at him with a blank look and my friend
said "come on I know you just busted someone" The cop just laughed and we kept walking.

i got pulled over a few years ago and the cop was
being a smart ass with me.

i was in Pennsylvania visiting & lived in Wisconsin so
my license said "Wisconsin" on it, naturally.

the officer said "And where were you going, MRS. WISCONSIN???" in a smart ass voice!!

I told him "None of your business, OFFICER!!"

then he wrote me a ticket lol

so i wouldnt recomend it.

I once waved at a cop with my middle finger as he passed me. He then turned around and pull me over. He wrote me up for all kinds of shit. He ran out of room on the front side of the ticket and continued on the back. Six other police officers came to assist him. My buddy that was with me was shitting bricks. They wanted to kick my ass bad. One cop was yelling at me about a half an inch away from my face. He was asking if I wanted to fight the cop I waved my middle finger to. He then asked me my age, and then they all backed down.

But they held me there on the side of the road for over an hour. Searched the shit out of my car inside and out. They also stole all the shit we had just bought at the store(candy and gum).

Some of the cops were just laughing their asses off, cuz all the stupid shit I was saying to them. Only two of them were pissed the others were just there for the giggles.

some years ago a guy flip a cop off (in California) he went 2 jail, got released and the court said he could filp off the cop, but he could NOT tell the cop fuck you.

if my memory servers me right.

depending on the area you will get things like disorderly conduct and even assault. Now before you flame on assault remember there is a charge specifically called assault and battery and assault with a deadly weapon so yeah just words are considered an attack of a lower level. Assault is nothing more than agression towards another person in general. It has to be directed at him personally so you would have to say, "YOU are a XXXX" not just using profanity unless there is a law about public use of profanity. Either way it is best just to keep your cool and keep your mouth shut.

I said it in a magistrates office just under my breath but the cop heard me and I got busted for contempt of court. I was only there to pick up a friend who go a DUI... he got released to another friend and I had to stay the night.

I've made bad situations with dickhead cops way worse by pointing out what assholes they are and how the things they do aren't in the realm of "legal". Ultimately they can't do anything but find another excuse to arrest you. Its really not hard for them to find something when they are looking hard enough or willing to manufacture it.

A friend of mine is a cop in Miami, and when someone is stupid enough to flip him off, he pulls them over and gives them a traffic citation for improper hand signals in a motor vehicle.

He has done that about 20 times. And has NEVER lost the ticket in court.

Be careful, because if you say that or do that to the wrong cop, you WILL pay one way or the other.

Generally, I've only had good stuff from cops - they got a job to do!

It's more to do with individuals than a group - there are idiots in every group, including police officers.

Only ever came across one incident, least one that concerned me, which was a "problem". Sure, I never used the words "A fucking asshole" - but very close :-)

He "could" have charged me with some bullshit - but again, that would not have been wise under the circumstances, and he departed, - or rather, the door was slammed in his face.
