i am glad i paid up front too!! bluedesign makes a living creating designs and would not imho initiate a collections on what could be a recurring customer unless they were left with little other recourse.
also- it looks like the invoice will be paid- so the tactic worked.

I was hoping it would not get to this stage.. but to cut a long story short, we did this project in Feb 03 for Lee. As you can see now, we've did a lot of versions & changes for him (there are more). By March / April Lee said he's got a final change.. which I'm not sure what it is or even if there is a final change.
To cut a long story short, I've been emailing Lee and ICQing him at least monthly since then to get this 'final change' .
What pissed me off is not the fact there may be changes required, but the fact he has not replied to my emails, ICQ, or msg board threads for about 6 months now.
Lee, if you run a shady business this is what happens.
