I've bought two TGP sites in the last year in case you'e wondering, and neither were advertised on GFY.
example: I didn't see worldsex advertising on here when it was sold..... Although I wish it was as I'd have liked to make a serious bid on it.
All in all though, I think what Pichunter wants for his site is a reasonable amount. (he'll tell interested buyers the number he has in mind) One might have to tweek his business model a bit to suit an individuals income grneraton needs but there is real traffic there. I'd be interested but I too many other things on the go at the moment.
I dont' think whoever buys it will be disappointed.

Wrong. If worldsex had advertised selling here, the feedback wouldn't be much different. There might be more enthusiasm because it is the second largest site (according the Sextracker).
But anybody who has purchased advertising on that site knows that the traffic is shit. I still purchase traffic from Worldsex, not because it converts but because it brings in traffic that I can funnel to my other trades. It's the traffic from those trades that bring me the signups and not Worldsex traffic.
Petr is trying to sell because he's not making jack shit off the site. If that 400k is genuine quality traffic he wouldn't be selling plain and simple. He could be pushing 50k+/month with ease.
