Why not use that pichunter site to start another site? And then sell pichunter. This way, you get the money for your monster, and you used it to feed a new site, which will no doubt grow into something as large, if not larger. Either way, you should really sign up for a trade with hioctane.com
That is a shitload of traffic. I am surprised some large paysite program doesn't snatch it up. If I was Maxcash, TopBucks, SIC, I'd try to get it, plaster my programs ads all over it (he's got it broken down by niche already), give webmasters in my program preferential treatment, and make everyone run a link for a FPA of my sites. Then I'd be snatching up the newbie webmasters, get em all excited about the traffic they are gonna get, and make a fucking fortune off the exit traffic on the FPA.
