They are either unable to learn and grow... or they just realize that they don't have to.

Either way, they get what they want, or even get paid.. without having to do much of anything. Without the need or desire, there is no growth.

So yeah... I'd say for the most part that a "slut" is less capable as far as intelligence goes. Some because they can't and some because they have no need.
