Where do you see any where they are on any kind of public assistance? Personally I'd rather see a family who can support 16 kids on their own have them and raise them in a decent family than the crack mother on welfare having just one.

What a strain on the world's resources. It's bad enough everyone thinks they're entitled to breed as it is, let alone have 16 children. When the ice caps have melted, the water and oil is gone, and we're having wars over natural resources I'm sure the lord isn't going to be too happy with that excess.
