My numbers (new sales and rebills) are FUCKING 40% of what they were last month at this time. What the fuck is going on?

No updates in the CMI.

No payments yet.

Nothing but fuckinbg ibill direct spam.

BTW, does anyone know if all merchants HAVE to sign up for ibill direct in order to process with them? If so, do you have to pay the $1,500.00? If so, what about the VISA fees I just paid? Do I get those back?

No payments since the 15th Sept. 2004 no reply to 5 emails sent over the last two weeks requesting explanation of the $1500.00 or what happened to the $750 we all recently paid. No reply to-day to yet another e-mail and calls to our rep. ( If this was my company i know my staff would be working day and night , weekends and holidays to get this fixed and to win back webmasters trust ? ).

Go to your signup page and you'll see Visa is no longer there. You have to fill out some contract and send it in.
Also I have no idea what happens with the rebills while we are waiting to get our Visa turned back on. I asked and was told they were in holding.

Not one word, not one email, no fucking call, no fucking email to a loyal customer like me. Even Globill handled it much better than Ibill, lies and all.

Fortunately, I only used them as a backup processor to a shopping cart site, and I pulled the plug on it weeks ago. So very little money was involved.

Any straggling sales that roll in through Ibill I will likely suggest the customers charge back the sale.

I consider Ibill criminals in the same mold as Globill. You mean to tell me that after taking around 25% of my sales with reserves for years they can't afford a week of operating capital... yeah, right , I just remembered this was the adult business...

They may have. I use spamarrest for my email and sometimes it takes a few weeks for emails to get through to me. They should have mentioned something about this in the CMI. I don't see anything.
