    Time warner wont take a free service off my plan?

    They got this new caller ID on tv thing if you have digital phone and digital cable package
    well it is free and they added it to my account without asking me
    my phone rings ALOT i even have one phone that I keep the ringer off and let voice mail get it

    it gets annoying getting this blue box pop up telling me who is calling on my tv

    i call to tell them to take it off

    the lady had the guts to say " why its free ? "

    i told her why and she said well i am not sure if I am able to do this you need to call XXX-XXXX-XXXXXX tommrow between 9-5

                  Isn't there a way to shut it off in the box? It runs through the box, there should be a setting in there to shut it off.
