The fluid is an alkaline liquid secreted by the paraurethral glands. The paraurethral glands produce an enzyme called prostatic acid phosphatase and glucose.

The fact is that it can change based on each occurence. So before you go thinking that this is just some sugar flavored female juice, it probably contains urine as well.
