He wasn't requiring pictures of dead people or gore. He was giving soldiers free access if they posted up pictures from Iraq or Afghanistan. Some shared gore pictures others shared normal stuff.
Besides that, he wasn't charged for the gore stuff, he was charged with B.S charges for the porn stuff.. Which we all know is nothing more than politically motivated, everyone knows the govt wouldn't have a leg to stand on if they went after him on the gore stuff.. But the porn is a easy target.
How many sites have you seen the videos of Iraqi's getting blown to shit by aircraft cams? Why are those sites not getting hammered for obcenity? This guy simply got picked on because he was on the national news and gave the US military bad press.
