    Swinger sites and 2257

    I am just curious how some of the swinger sites can get by the 2257 regulations? I mean people upload nude pics of themselves, you would think this would be against the 2257 regulations? Is it because the people are uploading and only allowing certain people to view them that they can get away with this?

      Nude pictures are not covered by 2257. Pictures of sex are.

      If you are talking about sex pictures, maybe some of the small webmasters don't even know about 2257 or are not American?

          Isn't there a limit to nude as well though? I forgot that not all nude pictures were liable for prosecution only certain things. So I guess if it's just a woman standing there, non engaging in sex I guess it's fine. How do you verify they are 18 years of age though? Do you just assume that because they created an account they are 18 years of age in the pictures?
