* I was in 6th or 7th grade and we were at the snack bar in the Smitties Big Town in Scottsdale and as a joke we would always pour sugar into a salt shaker so when the other kids salted their fries they would get sugar instead of salt. The Scottsdale police actually arrested and jailed us for this silly crime. I only stayed in jail for a few hours and was never charged with a crime. Yea! I was a major criminal at this point in my life.
* I think I was in eight grade this time and again it happened at the Smitty's Big Town in Scottsdale. One of my friends his name was Peterson and I can't remember his first name got arrested for shoplifting. I was at the store but not with him but the Scottsdale pigs wrote down that I was an accessory to the crime or something like that. I was not arrested but the stupid incident is on my record even though I didn't do anything wrong and wasn't with the guy.
* I was in high school and me and Scott Howell were driving around in my parents VW van and we found a orange pylon or traffic cone which we grabbed and placed in the van. A Scottsdale garbage truck driver saw us and chased us around Scottsdale in his garbage truck for about an hour. Garbage trucks are really slow so we could have ditched the guy if we wanted to. But we were having fun and let him chase us. Eventually the Scottsdale cops arrested us. We ended up in scottsdale Jail where they had atomic toilits. I think Scott Howells mom got us out of jail. They didn't charge us with any crimes on this even though I did get arrested and spend less then a day in Scottsdale Jail.
* The bomb blast - Man if i did this today I would be tried as an adult and locked up for the rest of my life. I was locked in Durango Juvenile Jail for about a week on this. I will update this later with the story. I ended up being put on probation for a year.
* Robbing gas stattions. thats a fun story I will poste it later. no we didnt rob gas stations with guns. it was a flim flam trick where we conned them out of their money. I spent about a week in the Durango Juvenile for this. I will up date this later with the full story. I ended up being sentenced to go to Fort Grant but they suspended the sentence and put me on probation for a year.
* Getting kicked out of the state. I didnt get arrested on this but they did kicke me out of the state on it. more later

* Sales of LSD - I found out 10 years later I was framed. I sold a lot of marijuana, white crosses in Arizona but never sold any LSD in Arizona and that's why I know I was framed. The cops admitted framing me 10 years later. The charges were all dropped. I never went to trial on it. But thats not to say I have not sold LSD in the Great State of California in either Los Angeles or San Francisco because I have.
* I have a warrent out for my arrest for failing to appear on a traffic ticket I got in the City of Los Angeles for having a fake drivers license. This was back before it was a felony. I used it to go to the topless bars on Sunset Blvd in Hollywood.
* For failing to appear for a traffic ticket in fullerton california. They arrested me and fined me. I didn't do any jail time other then being busted. I was under 21 and had a valid Arizona drivers license but under California law I was required to get a California drivers license. The catch 22 was since I was under 21 I could not get a California drivers license because I needed my parents signatures who where not in California.
* a repeat of the lsd arrest at SCC. this is when they dropped the charges. They refiled the Sales of LSD charges I was arresed for. But then they dropped them when they said they "lost" the evidence. This is the case I found out 10 years later that the DPS framed me.
* I was falsely arrested by the Scottsdale pigs when I worked at Motorola. I was fired from my job as a contracter. When the Scottsdale pigs said they were not going to charge me with any crimes Motorola hired me back. I spent the night in the Scottsdale at Via Linda until the basterds kicked me out of their jail and made me walk home. Sorry we don't have any f*cking evidence to charge you with a crime. So make your bed and get out of her asshole.
* false arrest for stolen car at sperry. plates
* I have had several warrents out for my arrest for "messy yard violations" such as failing to mow my lawn, failing to trim the fronds on my palm tree and failing to put new cooler pads on my swamp cooler. I consider all these "messy yard" laws unconstitional and a violation of my civil rights. The government has seized my homes and property for these "messy yard crimes" just like they seized the homes of the Jews in Nazi Germany for the unconstitional crime of being Jewish.
* I have been arrested several times but never charged with any crimes for thinking I had civil rights and refusing to let crooked cops flush my constitional rights down the toilet.
* Driving with out a license.
