I use programname(random#)@mydomain.com for everything I signup for.
With the random number there is only one place the email could come from, I've had programs claiming they knew nothing about it when I got mails to
[email protected] so I started adding the random number a few months back so theres no doubt about where the mail came from
Using
[email protected] makes it easy to see which programs sells mails and its 2 clicks and the addy is blocked
