    WHy do porn surfers have more advantages than department store shoppers?

    Why is it that if you purchase something in a store of any kind, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund, but porn surfers can chargeback MONTHS after the initial join? And why is it that they can chargeback every month of their subscription as if they're just now realizing that they've been paying for a few months? How they hell can we reward stupidity with free porn memberships at a loss to us (bandwidth, transaction fees, etc)?

    I've seen this a few times in the last couple months. How the fuck can people get away with charging back 6 subscriptions? I can see refunding the initial subscription, but every one? That's a bit extreme.

    I know a lot of paysites are shit, and that some chargebacks are needed, but when I see shit like this, the realization that our rules are too suited for surfers kicks in. Sure we're not the "normal business" owners, but shouldn't our rules be somewhat in line with the normal business model.

    Maybe we should start offering the buyer a non refundable extended warrenty with their membershit. That way we can't totally get ass fucked.

          If you are dumb enough to let someone steal your CC and use it for 6 months you don't deserve to charge anything back.

              I own a (non-adult) store, I had a chargeback once, it took 3 months before they charged back...something about Nigerians...it was a mess but luckily it wasn't for a very large amount of money.

                              please let me know the last store that when you found a product you liked, you went to the register and bought it, unbenonst to you, the bag boy throws a bag of dogfood (yuo dont own a dog) and a muffler to a 86 pontiac in the bottom of your shopping cart...while the cashier does not tell you about it and with a smile, she quietly charges you and adds the charges for the dogfood and muffler to your reciept

                              then you go to the parking lot and get into your car, leaving the dogfood and muffler in the cart because you dont know about it

                              then every month, the bag boy delivers an additional muffler and more dogfood to the shopping cart in the parking lot, and each month, they charge you for it

                                  It's assumed that when a person purchases a porn membershi, that they read the terms. I've never promoted any website that says "Join now for a 1 time fee of $29.95!". Also, the sites that I push via revshare do NOT have trial options. It's made perfectly clear what the price is and that it recurs monthly until cancelled.

                                  You sound like some disgruntled surfer that has been ripped off thinking that $2.95 is a real join price for the life of the site.
