that notion assumes that the hitlers of husseins of the world were caused by someone else. why isn't it possible to accept that sociopaths, psychopaths and megalomaniacal people can often rally people hehind their own twisted vision and views and have to be dealt with by force.
a bully starts a fight with you on the playground... what causes immediate remedy to the situation - beating the shit out of him, or trying to talk and have a group hug?
