Help Load Test Our System
We are testing a revolutionary new technology based on distributed computing pioneered by Network Foundation Technologies, LLC. THE EFFECT OF THIS TECHNOLOGY will be to GREATLY LOWER THE COST OF STREAMING AUDIO AND VIDEO CONTENT OVER THE INTERNET. We are in the process of load testing the system and would appreciate your help in testing the system to its limits. All you need to do is download and run the player (you need not watch the content, it can simply be running in the background). The player works best when port 1138 is open. While opening this port is not necessary to participate in this test, doing so may give you a higher quality signal. This will also allow your computer to act a ?re-transmitter? allowing more people to participate in the test.
The player is compatible with: Windows 98, ME, 2K, NT and XP. It requires Media Player Nine or Ten and a high speed Internet connection.
