I keep hearing all of this "the server's in another country, good luck" crap. Er, this isn't Java or Zaire we're talking about here! It's freaking Germany. It's the E.U. They have as strong or even stronger rules about this nonsense than the U.S. (You saw what the EU did to Microsoft!!)
So go after them same way you would here. Write the host and have them shut down. Wouldn't hurt if you get a translator and send the email in both English and in German.
