thanks for the responses.
i've found a few that will do both the sites and provide the content for the sites for $200 each.
i realize this is cheap $$, but like i said, these sites will only be pushes/promoted for a few months.
i'll keep you guys in mind for our next project of 10+ sites in a few months.
