Any hot peppers are healthy. They are a natural antioxidant and can enhance your metabolism.

As far as best flavor, that's in the tastebuds of the beholder. Try various ones until you hit one that does it for you. For store brands as I mentioned above Trappy's and Louisiana Red Hot Sauce are my personal favorites. If those aren't around, Frank's is a good choice.

I think the worst are the habanero sauces (usually orange). It's not the heat (I can practically drink most store brands), they have a nasty aftertaste that always reminds me of a medicine or chemical. Bleh! The jalapeno sauces are OK but I prefer the red sauces. Go for a brand of jalapeno sauce other than Tabasco brand, again the difference is the extra vinegary taste rather than flavor.
