It is unreasonable to expect nothing. If you had expected nothing you probably wouldn't have bought the flowers in the first place. There is really no such thing as a totally selfless act so reasonably you must be expecting something to acknowledge your kind act.
UNLESS you slept with her best friend and then thought the flowers counted for "I'm sorry" probably if she still said nothing you shouldn't at that point be surprised because you should be glad she didn't put the flowers where the sun don't shine LoL
