My employee is a pedophile?

I have a 21 year old tech guy that works full time for my company.

He has been dating (and fucking) a 16 year old girl for about a year now.

I call him a pedophile, he says i'm just jealous, but I really do think it is sick especially since she looks 12 and acts like 8.

So is he a pedophile?

When she was 15 yes it was illegal for him to have sex with her. The legal age in ON is 14 with the gray area of the boy not being 3 years older I believe. It is legal for him now, not that I agree with it. Pedophiles like children well below that age.

If you are that anal about who your employee is dating, and is allowed to date by your countries laws, then you shouldnt be employing anyone.
