New Hampshire is the worst. They have NOTHING to do. They'll follow you and wait for something to happen. It's a joke.
I was in an accident in Massachusettes and I called the state police and asked for a copy of the accident report. They replied "we don't have time for that, we have rapists and murders that we have to catch".
Small town cops and NH state police are so board. Reminds me of the movie Super Troopers
