I went to the coffee shop last summer - and had my dog in the back seat - my gf went into the shop to grab a coffee - and this chick cop comes over and proceeds to tell me I need a cage for my dog in the back seat - WTF - "that's not a law" and she proceeds to lecture me on how to raise my dog - I put alot of money into training my dog and it's well being and he is treated like gold - who is this cop bitch to come over and lecture me - they just get bored and decide to harass people.
