I just checked the ArikaAmes site and it appears to be up, and ready to take sign-ups. So your NATS software was on another server? I would have thought it would have to be on the same server as the sign-up server. I don't use NATS so I have no idea how it works.
It sounds then that maybe just your affiliate data was lost. Still a bummer, although I guess it could have been worse...
Well, good luck getting everything back to where it was.
