                                          create an action usually by going to your actions panel and clicking "new"

                                          push the record action button then do whatever actions it is that you want done to all the images. push the stop button. save the action...

                                          file->batch. load the action, choose your images. setup your output and click go.

                                          should be what you need, kind of vague but id assume you know your way around photoshop.

                                              Can you post or icq me detailed instructions? I am still learning photoshop and tried something I thought was watermarking on it before but it didn't work out the way I thought it would
