When someone cancels, they can list a reason on the CCBill cancel form. Most of them are things like the customer was only interested in a trial membership, satisfied with content, etc... We check every now and again the reasons people cancel (just to get a laugh from reading the bullshit excuses people use), and no less than 3 of them in the last 24 hours were "Minor used card".Originally posted by stocktrader23
