He was not the sole owner, so other share holder took over since he left like that.

other share holder(s) would have had to owned a larger share than him, as far as I know he owned it from the days of way back AS Networks, than Tulin Online, Extreme Rack and finally Alpha Red. Never heard of another owner.

He just sold some % to some investors a few weeks back, if he abandoned and "took" company $$ they can get a court order (and to my assumption they did) to take over the company.

Im sure his Attorney probably would have a good sized escrow account he's working out of, either that or Im almost positive no Lawyer is going to do anything if he even assumes he might not get paid for it ya know.
