Actually, the offender is the car you can just barely make out in the left of the photo.
He went over the line (you can see that) forcing the truck to move over which forced the sportscar to move over...
Paint "Learn How To Park" on his rear window (water based so it washes off and causes no damage) once and you'll never have to do it again!
