I've got 5 guitars. Each of them totally different. Les Paul. Ibanez Iceman. Flying V etc...
The most important aspect of buying a guitar is how it feels when you play it.
I have picked up $4k Les pauls and hated how they played. I have picked up $400 no name guitars and love how they played.
Pick your price range and start hitting music stores and play as many guitars as you can find in your price range before you decide.
