I extended an offer to pimpdogg to settle out of court for his iresponsible false statements (he made regarding me personally, and remotethumbs as a product, on many seperate occasions.)
He is aware of terms for an out of court settlement opportunity, and he has declined.
So no further discussion from me on this matter will take place outside of a courtroom. ( unless he decides to approach me and take the terms set forth, then I would give him one more opportunity to both do the right thing by coming clean and telling the truth and righting a wrong) He of course knows this will require some monetary agreement, as well as a few other details.
