I'm back on my routine, trying to turn the fat into muscle. My one problem right now is a strict diet. Life isent worth living if you cant enjoy the good things. I practice moderation, but it just doesnt work for me. I guess it could be because of my fucked up schedual, like today I must of only eaten a few pieces of bbq chicken and some mac and cheese. More power to ya cause I now know what I was doing wrong this year.
I live around so many know-it-all nutrionalists and didn't follow my own successful routine. That's what I get for not paying attention.
I'm not going to diet. That's not my problem. It's just not moving around enough and pumping iron as usual. Actually I don't eat enough. I eat maybe one meal a day and the rest just snacks or slimfast. For my height and weight I need to eat 200+ grams of protein per day when pumping iron. I can't eat that much so I use rice protein instead. That shit is powerful but it's a clean nutrious form of protein without the chemicals and hormones and shit.
