Here's an idea. I know that you can't pull out more than 500$ a day or whatever off of the epass card. Pull out all the money you need to buy it over the next 3-4 days. Go down to the local grocery store and buy a prepaid credit card with mastercard logo. It will cost you probably around 50$ to pay the loading fees. You then call the 1-800 # on the receipt and they can give you your credit card # that day with the expiration date and all the other stuff you need to do a transaction. In other words, you can buy the notebook THAT DAY before even waiting for the card to come in the mail.
I have used prepaid credit cards before to control my spending on Ebay LOL otherwise my cc's would be maxed out. They work great and never get declined as long as you have the money on them. It's just an idea. They work for online, offline in stores, and also as an ATM card just like any other credit card. Just my
