Thanks for the quick support, at least there is one person that can reply an e-mail on less than 24h. 
I got an answer from Dawnesha telling me that i should have $3000 on my account to get a $1600 limit but ppl i know are telling me that this $3k ammount is only for $1000 limit and that won't solve my problem. So now, what should I do?
- wait the answer from Risk Management department ??
- get $3000 on my account like Dawnesha is telling me ??
I will wait your reply before doing something.
