The last person that parked in my spot, when I was in that position, came out to a car that had large nails placed between the tire and the concrete. When they backed up, all four tires went pfffftttt........solved the problem after two or three cars ended up with the same result. No muss. No fuss. And, you don't have to talk to anyone.
