Whyare so many US ppl shocked by SUPER SIZE me movie?

Many people from the US say, wow that shit scared me.

I'm curious if you did NOT know Mc donalds, and other fast food is bad for you before this movie?

When I was in US, I was amazed by the sizes anyway. I ordered medium once. Well that shit was bigger then LARGE here

Also what I don't get(can be a Dutch greedy thing) you can fill your drinks more then one time for free. Why would you take a LARGE one, while when you take a SMALL one, you would safe some dollars, only you have to walk twice to the machine

because they are dumb.. I won't eat at places like McDonald's unless I have too. I can't stand the crap food, I don't know how people can not know that shit is bad for them. I haven't seen the movie but I can assume what it's about just by the name..lol and judging by everyone posting about it, I can guess it must be right.
