I think those people have a pretty strict diet.
Knowing what you eat seems to be the key for "fat" people.
I'm back on my routine, trying to turn the fat into muscle. My one problem right now is a strict diet. Life isent worth living if you cant enjoy the good things. I practice moderation, but it just doesnt work for me. I guess it could be because of my fucked up schedual, like today I must of only eaten a few pieces of bbq chicken and some mac and cheese. (been in and out all day)
