Just because more money is being spent on access to content doesn't mean that the days of free content are over.

I think it's lame when people try to shock you into reading something by making outrageous claims like that, but, hey, it works for Fox News.
I post on GFY so that when people ask me what I do,
I can tell them that I work with the mentally retarded.

Sounds like bullshit to me. Besides the obvious inconsistencies, there will be free everything on the internet as long as you know where to look for it.

Some websites start charging for access to their content, and suddenly the "days of free content are over"

            Exagerate much?

Did anyone else notice the irony of reading a free article about free content being over?

If free content is over, how was I able to access that Xbiz ariticle (content)?

Researchers say the days of free content are over... and "experts" said that the presidential debate was a tie.

The article is not even about porn content specifically and has little relevance to the industry.

I don't use free content myself; That's not to say that I never would, but it would have to be little-used content from a new or unknown program. I don't want my sites to look like anyone else's.
