                          How can you say don't expect civil war in that mess? One part is enough to start such war and iraq is not luxemburg. Controlling 23-24mil people is not that simple. If the elections had to took place today it is estimated that only 25% of the voters would manage to vote. Can you imagine what will happen the election's day? Apocalypse Now!
