real mailers always talk with the program owner first, your post didnt have anything to do with laws or filters or antis - it had to do with mailers asking program owners. All program owners know if they've got a mailer on board, more then likely they've agreed to help cover themselves with hosting and fake info.

am I personally going ot risk mailing _anything_ now? not at all. after a few lawsuits you tend to look for other endeavors.
