If you can't read or write, talk or hear...., you cant be charged with a crime..

Just watched this disturbing news bit on some guy who murdered a girl in june of this year. He came to america from el salvador and lived in a shack behind his brothers trailer in some trailer park. He cant read or write , nor can he hear or talk. So they can't really read him his rights, or give him any sort of trial because he would have no way to know what is going on.. so he is going to go free.
