then why don't you just come out and say you're voting for Bush or Nader? Lately you remind me of theKing, I guess you're getting older. Slow, ponderous, non-entertaining posts trying to latch on any shred of evidence that Bush is anything other than a drooling idiot and Kerry is anything but a war hero. Pushing cheap ass third and fourth rate processing companies and making annoying, tepid political statements. Saying Kerry somewho cheated by pulling some small thing out of his pocket is probably as true and just as uninteresting as the fact that vaginal orgasms are a lie. With content lotto, you were a dull guy affiliated with an interesting concept. Now content lotto is gone.
well I saved the guy's bacon from an angry employee of mine once, had him out to the house once or twice, but he keeps making these annoying fucking passive aggressive posts toward me like it's going to help his career or something. His post count maybe. I'm sick of it.
Shaggy old dude who used to be a shaggy ass biker, big fucking deal. I'd buy him a razor and a suit if I thought he'd use it

oh you saved me huh?
anyway, if it is any of your fucking business I am not voting for Bush and I am not voting for Nader, and I sure the fuck am not voting for Kerry.
I am not saying Kerry cheated, I don't know what the fuck he pulled out of his pocket, but if you don't think it looked like he was unfolding something you are fucking blind.
It doesn't really matter, neither of us are voting for the guy that will win. At least I am a realist about it

God Baddog, please develop some comprehension skills. Did he say everyone has to be pro Bush or pro Kerry? No, he didn't. He pointed out how stupid it is that people like you claim to not be pro Bush, yet they apologize for him or attack Kerry every chance they get. If you can't understand that, well, again that's your problem.

Let's say the dicussion is about ice cream. People keep saying chocolate ice cream is green and taste like beer. I disagree. I say no, it's brown and tastes like chocoloate and I'm not overly fond of it. Does that mean I'm automatically a big fan of strawberry? (almost said vanilla but Vanilla DeVille already knows I love her )
There are over 40 presidential candidates. In addition there are many who aren't voting because there is no viable candidate.

Open your mind to the world of possibilities
Insanly bad comparison. If people were talking about ice cream every day and the strawberry ice cream people had talking points that you parroted in every thread, defending it every time someone had a complaint about it, and taking any advantage to insult chocolate ice cream, and you could only pick one ice cream to eat the rest of your life... it would be safe to say you're a strawberry supporter. Denying it would just make you look even more stupid. I mean, who the fuck likes strawberry ice cream?
American politics is strange. If everyone would just talk about their differences on issues rather that trying to catch each other saying something wrong or making a strange look or changing his mind from 10 years ago, people would be a lot more informed going to the polls. The two candidates have completely different policies if you look at them, night and day, and yet I often hear people saying things like "they'll do the same thing there" or "it doesn't matter who wins". I'm not trying to be insulting but it seems crazy to me, the American people are about to make the biggest decision of the 21st century and 90% of them have no real idea of what it's about.

Thank you for proving my point about your narrowmindedness
And to prove you wrong, I'm not voting for Bush nor do I like Strawberry ice cream

Explain how what I said is narrow minded, I even went with your horrible ice cream reference despite it's obvious shortcomings. You have problems if you can see that people who support Bush every chance they get and bash Kerry every chance they get are either supporters or complete fools.

Or they disagree with some of the things posted here about Kerry and Bush while supporting neither. THAT'S what you can't seem to understand and THAT'S why I think you're being narrowminded
But again, it's my opinion, just like yours is that I'm voting for Bush even though I've said for months I'm not.

When have I ever said anything about you? Honestly I haven't noticed your posts much and I haven't said anything about who you're voting for.
I'm not talking about those people that disagree with some things about Bush and Kerry. I'm talking about the people who are always against Kerry and pro Bush, ie Baddog, theking, the truth hurts, etc. I've seen each of those people say they aren't Bush supporters yet they trumpet the party line each and every time they get the chance. It doesn't matter if you tack on "oh yeah BTW I'm not a Bush supporter" at the end.

Exactly. Let's strange this analogy out further to accomodate the drooling idiot George Bush and let's say he's turd-flavored ice cream. Now let's say you're an overly sensitive aging biker looking to hike his post count, and you make post after post defending turd flavored ice cream, talking about how it really tastes great and all the young whippersnappers don't understand because only someone of your advanced age and intelligence truly appreciates turd flavored ice cream.
After 600 posts about how delicious turd-flavored ice cream is and how terrible strawberry ice cream is, It's fair to assume that baddog likes turd-flavored ice cream. So why not just come right out and say it?
Same goes for theKing and everybody else just like him. If you like Bush, don't be ashamed, just come right out and say it.

Baddog has also said he's not voting for Bush or Kerry.
And "trumpeting" the party line? I consider myself a conservative libertarian. What party am I trumpeting?

Exactly, I know Baddog has said he's not voting for either, that's our point here. Everything that comes out of his mouth is pro Bush nonsense. What's trumpeting the party line? Watch his posts, or those of the truth hurts. Again this isn't about you since I've never really noticed your posts before, but I assume you do the same since you're defending this kind of behavior. I mean 12dlicks may be misinformed and stupid but at least he admits he's voting for Bush.
BTW, since you're counting, Baddog has also said he is going to vote for Bush.

yeah. You're the 'libertarian' voting for the party that's doing their best to take away your personal freedoms, who you can fuck, what you can say... that's fucking brilliant.

Do you even know what Libertarian means?
Gadhafi's green book is largely libertarian, that worked out GREAT for Libya.

Dig, please show me where I've said what party I'm voting for. Thank you.
Mostly because it's none of your business or anyone elses who anyone besides yourself votes for (and you have to admit, it's odd you'd even ask me that - why do you care??) and a little because it's amusing to watch people make ASSumptions over something they know nothing about.
I've already told you I consider myself a conservative libertarian, I've already listed 3 candidates I'm NOT voting for. That leaves you with 39 for you to guess from and of course, it could be I'm not voting at all.

First of all, I've never assumed anything about you nor do I care. I asked because you're posting in this thread and talking about it. Most adults don't think of politics as a game. If you're too embarrassed to admit who you're voting for that's your deal.

Gotcha - so I can't discuss politics w/o saying who I'm voting or not voting for. Interesting.
BTW, how many of you who are ranting and raving about this election actually vote in your LOCAL elections where the politicians have MUCH more influence on deciding things that directly affect you personally and business wise? I'm betting 60% have never voted in a local election and 25% have only voted in one Numbers may be even higher......

One who advocates maximizing individual rights and minimizing the role of the state.
One who believes in free will.
Now peaches, why don't you tell me how this jibes with the party who wants complete freedom to tap your phone and surveil you without judicial consent? The party that tells you to 'watch what you say' and won't let a man fuck a man if that's what gets his dick hard? The Anti-drug, anti-subversive, anti free-speech party?
Tell me how a Libertarian who believes in minimal govt. power votes for the administration that wants drastically INCREASED police and government power?
This is something someone should have told you long ago:
Libertarians want freedom from government, not freedom OF the government to do whatever the fuck it wants to do to you.
No educated person can take a 'conservative libertarian' seriously, any more than they could take a 'fascist socialist' seriously. The two are opposites.
Just shows you how effective the conservative 'war is peace' propaganda is on most of the population.

Thank you Dig - I'm glad you've cleared that up. Now I know that my beliefs don't jive with your interpretations of what I do and do not think. I'll sleep better now.

it's not MY interpretation Peaches, it's what I was taught in college (which doesn't cut much ice with anti-intellectual type conservatives) and it's what's in the dictionary.

when have I apologized for Bush? and Kerry is not qualified to lead this country.
While I am not voting for either of them, if I had to choose between one of the two Bush would have to get my vote. Luckily, I am not forced to choose between the two of them.

Yes I attack Kerry, no I don't aplogize for Bush
He was a Senator for 20 years, he's a war vet, he was dealing with congressional committees in his 20's and he's had an entire lifetime of public service IN THE GOVERNMENT.

I'm learning so much here today!
if you're not aware of the conservative efforts to increase govt. powers vis a vis individual rights lately, then you're not paying enough attention to the news to have this conversation.

Ted Kennedy's been a senator for over 40 years and he's not qualified either.
To be honest, I wish they could get someone in as president who is NOT a lifetime politician.

I had no idea. See, Zell Miller is a conservative democrat for my district and he doesn't believe in increasing the government's power and removing individual rights. Hmmmm. You might want to contact him and let him know he's calling himself the wrong thing!

How is Kennedy not qualified? Because he didn't sacrifice his life to save Mary Jo at Chappaquiddick? How many would? So besides the fact that he didn't commit suicide, how is he not qualified to be President?
I want politicians in political office. I don't use graphic designers to do the electrical wiring in my house, I use electricians. Diplomacy and law making is a skill that takes a lifetime to learn, I'd just as soon not have a clueless amateur in the oval office. But that's just me.

I don't have to do that, because Zell Miller is a joke and he's insane, and everybody on capital hill knows it. You know he threatens to kill anyone who tries to make him explain his bizarre statements don't you?

Lawmaking is not a skill, lawmaking is something that is (should be) given to people that have an exceptional level of moral values and good intentions, as well as no intentions of bending the power they receive to benefit a personal belief. They are representatives of a large number of voters in an area, and they should stick to the agenda that they were voted on. Too bad so many of them use a very broad agenda to get elected, then they vote against so many topics that they pretend to stand for. I think Bush made some good points about this to Kerry.
"Kerry voted for us to go to war, and Kerry saw the same intelligence that I saw, but now he is saying that its the wrong war at the right time."
-Five minutes later-
Kerry: "I am going to finish iraq, in every way that the president failed."
