My real name is Carmelo, I talk a mile a minute (which is the opposite of melo) so therefore an ex girlfriend in high school nick named me Meloman (kinda like calling a big guy "tiny"). It stuck and eventually became my first email address name on my first internet account.
I even own meloman.com and part of my company name has Meloman in it, lol.
I think more people call me "melo" or "meloman" than Carmelo now, lol.
