An order must be placed and an order ID number issued before our designers will start the design process. An email, phone call, or fax in no way constitutes that an order was placed. Only design jobs placed through our online ordering system will be accepted. If you are not completely satisifed with the proofs our designers provide
then we will reimburse the design fee amount minus a service fee of $45 for time rendered.
