Thanks for the positive comments. Right now, I really do not want to do any leg work/added effort finding an end-user buyer. I want a quick flip, sold to someone looking to boost the vanity of his domain portfolio. It's a pretty looking name, endless development options, highly searched/known term, with ample long term resale potential.

BTW - Sextoking, nice name. Not the greatest, as it is past tensed. But still a solid name. As for any development ideas -- Your guess is as good as mine. Much like 'production', the word is so generic, it's hard to pigeon hold either name to a specific category.

Sell it to one of the big manuractured home (moblie home) companies. These guys are HUGE. Try Oakwood Homes, Fleetwood Homes, or Palm Harbor Homes. These are all public companies with big bucks. And they love to use the word "manufactured" over and over to make people forget they are buying trailers.
