I think you're way off. It really all depends on the person, but if you're stating that the only way to accept yourself for who you are is to stay in your natural born state, then lets throw hair cuts and such into the argument aswell... Most of the time someone gets a tattoo I'm guessing its not to become someone that they are not, (rest assured there are people like that, but not many), but to express something that they mean, or feel strongly about.
