    Does an AVS/AEN like this exist ?

    A few years ago, i had a site on adultbouncer.com
    Never sent any traffic on it but still, i had a bunch of signups, only with that adultbouncer internal traffic.

    Is this still possible nowadays? And where?

                                  with enough volume of sites u can make pretty good $ from avs internal traffic.......but then you can make pretty good money from everything with volume
