I was amazed when Mayorga let Tito hit him twice in the jaw in the first round, without even hitting back.
I was thinking I would be pretty concerned if I was Tito just about then.
Was a damn good fight, but it could have been called a round or two earlier . . . it bacame obvious that Tito wasn't going to knock him out, and Mayorga would get hit like that for 12 rounds if it went on that long.Comment

yes was very cocky, I am sure it did not help (unless Tito broke his hand on his jaw), and was quite awesome. If I hit someone like that twice in a row and they just looked at me, I would start fumbling for the keys to my bike/car.Originally posted by psyko514

I am sure the time out helped him a little, but it did not make up for giving away those two shots.
