now i am intrigued... why would you want someone to hold your docs if there is no intent for them to have anything related with 2257 compliance?

Hmmm... a calculated gamble. A 2257 service. The only issue is the company has to do business from that address a minimum of 20 hours a week.

We want to sell our dvds in the US and local retailers prefer to see US based 2257 address even if we are EU company.
