What tone should she use when served with that? I talk to cops just like everyone else, and I wouldn't have a nice tone after being served with a paper saying I can't go 100 yards from my NEIGHBORS property.

So the order she was served with isn't supposed to be legally binding? Is there a specific clause in there that says "unless you live next door". I doubt it.

The whole point is, of course she's questioning it. If a cop told me I couldn't go outside I'd have to get arrested while they were still there. Is she supposed to just blow off the cops telling her that, you know, the same cops that can arrest her for vilolating the order?

There has got to be so much more to this story.

This doesn't make much sense. To be honest, you both sound a big strange.

You're blaming her for purposefully flooding your yard and killing your horse. How did she flood your yard? Why would she have done this on purpose? (Still the "just to make someone else's life miserable" reason, with no prior incidents?) How did it kill your horse? If you're talking drowning, that's a lot of water, but if it's more like it reduce your hay harvest or the horse caught a cold or tripped in some mud, I wouldn't say she killed the horse.

If you tell a judge she killed your horse when it was an indirect effect of a possibly unintentional issue, you're going to look at least as nutty as your neighbor. Also if you think that telling the judge she looked up your 2nd phone number and left a message, and expect him to consider that "stalking," again I think you'll look crazier than your neighbor. (Unless the message itself says something really wacked out or threatening, but you said she was just telling you the time of the court date. Sounds reasonable to me!)

It sounds like you know an awful lot about her business and if you are spilling it when you talk to authorities they (and judges) are likely to look at it as a couple of equally squabbling neighbors.

She's mental. Last year when I was trying to be friends with her she was saying her ex husband had threatened to kill her and she had a restraining order against him then she goes on a month later saying her ex's girlfriend is hanging out in her driveway.

She has almost a million in judgments against her. She has become parnoid that everyone is out to get her. She has locked her gate for the last two years and only opens it when she leaves..

She killed her pine tree by watering it 24/7 6 months straight then put on the restraining order that I was destroying her trees. The court crossed it out.

She also tried to get me in trouble by lying and saying on the tro my husband has many guns.

There are people that would kill her for what she has done and she is taking that parnoia out on me. All I want is for her to not flood my property and I am not breaking any laws by trying to get her to stop via complaints to the county, hubby complaining to animal control and complain to the water district. She thinks it is harassment that I have tried to contact the persons who her house is deeded to to avoid her lawsuits.


When she committed elder fraud a few years ago , at the same time she sent a letter to the paper complaining how much fraud there was. After she flooded my pasture and created the dangerous field that caused my colt to break his leg, she emailed the lady I bought the colt from lying that the colt died off the property and we did not take care of it.


Criminals can not mentally knowledge that they are in the wrong. It's just how they think. It is very frustrating for the folks that deal with them.

The water irrigation co let her put the illegal dam up that caused the extra water that was doing 90 percent of the flooding. The water was stolen at the time cause of the overflow and she did not pay for her box until after I complained about the high dam.
The dam was destoryed and they built her the correct one with the right amount of water level and flow.
